NOTE:
We require a security deposit of $100 to be returned once the Facility(Gym/Room 204/Downstairs Room) is cleaned.
We also require non-refundable deposit (mentioned below) to guarantee the facility rental:
- GYM – $100.
- Room 204 – $80.
- FCAV Room – $60.
Also please note that we don’t hold on your booking unless we receive your deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
- Rental deposit and security deposit are not refundable regardless of any circumstances.
Patricia Kemp Community Centre (PKCC) Facility Rental Requirements:
- We require a security deposit of $100 to be returned once the Facility(Gym/Room 204/Downstairs Room) is cleaned.
- Require non-refundable deposit of;
$100 (Gym); $80 (GSSC Room 204); $60 (FCAV room). - Pay balance on the day or one day before the event.
- Leave the Gym/Room in same condition as you came in.
- Return tables and chairs in storage room.
- Throw garbage in parking lot dumpster bin;
turn off lights & lock doors. - Special Occasion Permit is required if serving alcohol.
- Park your cars side by side as close as possible.
